Can we come and go in and out of the concert?
No. Once you enter the venue, you can only exit when you are ready to leave. You will not permitted to re-enter.

Are lawn chairs permitted?
Yes, on the grass, but only low-profile chairs with legs that are 12″ or less.

Will food and drinks be available at the venue?
Yes, the venue offers a variety of food and beverages, as well as beer, wine and a full bar.

 

It is Music for Heroes policy to provide a safe, family-friendly atmosphere for all patrons and volunteers. Therefore, Music for Heroes refuses entry or admission to anyone wearing clothing or paraphernalia indicating or signifying membership in a gang. This policy is applied equally to all persons, regardless of their sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability or medical condition.

PARKING:
Parking in the VIP lot is reserved for purchasers of VIP Parking Passes.
ADA parking is available by the venue entrance for guests displaying ADA placards only.
Plenty of public parking is available in the surrounding area.

The following are not permitted in the parking areas or inside the venue:

KEGS OR OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OF ANY KIND
FIRES, BARBECUES OR TAILGATING
SELLING OF ANY ITEMS
SELLING OR RE-SELLING OF TICKETS
No person shall bring, or cause to be brought, for the purposes of sale or barter, or have for sale, or sell or exchange, or offer for sale or exchange any food, drink, service, goods, wares, ticket or merchandise within any portion of the parking facility including the perimeter sidewalk of the complex without Venue approval.
DISABLED PARKING PLACARDS MAY BE CHECKED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT TO ENSURE THE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN ISSUED THE PLACARD BY THE STATE IS PRESENT IN THE VEHICLE.

REFUSAL OF ANY GUEST TO COOPERATE WILL RESULT IN NON-ADMITTANCE INTO THE VENUE.
MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT BEHIND AT THE GATE OR ITEMS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED.
SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED IN DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA.
